"4-D or No-D"

Film: The 4-D Man (1959)

Alias: None

Type: Mutant

Location: Civilized area

Height/Weight: That of an average human.

Affiliation: Evil

Summary: Sibling rivalries come naturally. But what comes not so naturally is when your slightly lesser brother gets his unready hands on powers reserved for Lord-knows-what. But Scott wouldn't care, not at all.

History: Tony and Scott Nelson were two sides of the same coin. Both were incredibly brilliant minds, but the former found himself out of work after an accident and the latter was under the thumb of a condescending, underappreciating boss. When the going got really tough for poor Scott, he decided that the best course of action would be to fiddle with his brother's current experiment with the "Fourth dimension". It didn't exactly go according to plan, if there even was one, but on the bright side, Scott could now phase through anything anytime. On the not-so-bright side, he needed to suck the life out of people to stay alive. Sounds like sweet revenge for Scotty...

Notable Kills: Every time Scott drains someone of his/her life-force, they rapidly age and die.

Final Fate: After being shot in the side, Scott descends into full madness, proclaiming that he's invincible and can phase through literally anything, even the incredibly thick and powerful "Cargonite". Upon phasing through just that, he disappears. It is rather ambiguous as to whether he survived that or not.

Powers/Abilities: Scott can no phase though any object while retaining his physical form. He can also drain the life force from anyone he touches.

Weakness: Anything conventional if he can't phase through it quickly enough. Also, if he can't get enough life force, he will age rapidly and die.

Scariness Factor: 4-Although a stealthy attack could do him in, the insane Scott is a force to be reckoned with, as one touch means pretty much the end. When it comes to 4-D, there's no place to hide.

Trivia: -The Fourth Dimension also refers to the concept of space-time (the idea that space and time are linked in a sort of connected continuum).

-This film was mostly made with the leftover money from "The Blob".

Okay. How about a hail of bullets?

Even Scott is weirded out by what's going on right now.

And also the Master of Bad Ideas.

"Is this a small wall or am I just a large man?"
"Oh, c'mon! This happens every date I go on, woman!"

Boo!

An innocent experiment is about to go south really fast.

A woman finally takes action in one of these movies.

Except for, really, himself.
Master of Dimensions seems a bit more fitting.

"Come now! I haven't aged a bit!"

Worst UPS delivery ever.

Humility comes in death for this man.
